Trampoline Gymnastics

Introduction

High-flying and seriously fun

Working through our trampoline award scheme, gymnasts will soon progress from basic bounces towards harder and higher skills. We run classes on Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Fly With Confidence

Skills From Beginner to Advanced

Our trampoline sessions focus on safe progressions, starting with basic shapes and bounces before moving on to twists, somersaults, body landings and more advanced combinations.

Gymnasts work through a structured award scheme designed to develop confidence and control at height.

Competitive Pathways

From Recreation to Squad

For those who show commitment and skill, we offer development squads that train multiple times per week and compete regionally and nationally.

Our coaches support each gymnast’s ambitions, whether they aim to compete or simply enjoy mastering new skills.

How do I sign my child up?

Use this link here to sign your child up. Select the class you are interested in and then select either "trial" or "monthly" option. A trial costs £10 and gives you the chance to try the class before committing. Some classes will be full so if you are interested in that class you will need to join the waiting list. Please note that a direct debit form needs to be completed to sign up to the waiting list, but you won't be charged until your child has a place.

Does my child need insurance?

Yes, you will need to purchase a British Gymnastics membership for your child to be able to attend a regular class and be covered by insurance. For gymnasts in any of our recreational classes, a Community Membership is required. For those competing your coach will advise you on the most suitable membership. For our drop in sessions, no British Gymnastics membership is required.
